- just the way you like it on the inside. What does the person who can have any cut of beef want when she’s hungry?

To Cook: Since I spend so much time at the restaurant, when I cook at home it's usually something quick and easy. I like to take a sirloin, slice it thinly, sauté with some garlic, napa cabbage, mushrooms, jalapeno, soy sauce, sesame oil, and toss in some noodles.

To Eat: My favorite steak to eat, the Ribeye, charred rare. I just love all of the marbeling, pair it with a baked potato with the works and a glass of Cabernet, there's just nothing better.

Our reputation is built on providing the best ingredients. The steak we use has to be the best, our vegetables have to be the freshest, and our seafood has to be of the finest quality. Nothing else will do.
